Personally, I think the word "クスグリンチ" is a compound word, made up of "くすぐり"(tickling) and "クリンチ"(clinch). And the word is created by the artist, he should know the exact meaning. I suppose that the meaning is "tickling during clinch fighting". BTW, if the Japanese title is hard to translate just set a romanized title for this gallery would be better.
