Welp... Even if not translated I usually get mega-w's work's meaning by the pictures... but I can't help but ask, are those in order ? There's so moch changes in every way in the first part. Not completely sure about what's going on either, but:

She's some sort of a magical girl fighting in "cyber space", and the villain edits her avatar's status screen, with the effects translating over to the real world body. He then transfers her avatar to some model creationl game like Koikatsu, where an otaku edits her body further. Uploading the "art" of her, he's requested for the model data as people find it good but can't find it anywhere. So he shares it and suddenly all kinds of degens are playing around with her actual data, many of the changes happening to it also affecting her real body.

Her body is being played with even as she next tries to fight some villains, which implies her data is linked across all these downloaded models. Unsure what's going on after that, as we see very little of behind-the-scenes, but basically she rapidly descends into a total bitch, constantly wondering what's up with her, but quickly accepting the changes and getting more and more horny and such.
