As "Friendship Park Districts" finishes their issues with Kobe Yoshyaki, a new danger approaches from America's recent and troubled past. You'll meet Chizuru's father and find out what happened to the two thugs and that crooked cop.

Next is a "filler" chapter. Yuukouen / Friendship Park District gets more allies.

Mami wakes up to find out what happened to Kobe and his crew. And then she's greeted by Risa's friends.
