I decided to do a yaoi doujin seeing as it's pride month and all.

So on page 20 I translated 'Mesuiki' as 'bitchgasm' since it's a fairly accurate translation and I've seen it translated that way before, but we have a mesuiki tag and I think I've seen some English speakers just say mesuiki, so I'm tempted to leave it untranslated. What do you guys think fits best? Or is there any English slang that I'm unaware of that would be a better fit?
