There is no need to be cynacal it is a lovely story about two good people. they are both real and authentic. this is the way the manga should be read there is a watered down version without the sex scenes but it loses so much of the meaning. this is the author's true intent and love of eros. Truly a masterpiece. I hope he keeps gong.

From what I've read in the TL'ed version she got drugged and raped on a university outing, she was new and had no one around, broke to peer pressure and drank, next thing she knew someone had fucked her.

She didn't became a sex slave and the rapist/s got found out and punished if I'm right.
She possibly didn't shut up as manu victims and was the reason they got punished, but in exchange everybody came to know what happened, the old lady talks of her as a dirty person for what happened, like if is normal to bring that up with her fucking boyfriend/friend, a scene that was made to make clear that even if MC knows he will treat her right.
Right after the rape she became a recluse with PTSD and got piercing and a wild hairdo and fashion to look strong, or weird enough that is better let her alone.
