Tag "horse cock" should not be used with horses, horse girls/boys (be they furry, monsters, or kemonomimi), centaurs and such.

As a rule, if the creature in question is part-horse, or related to horses - no "horse cock".
If such appendage is an anomaly on the being in question - exempli gratia, a fox girl with a distinctly equine equipment - then the tag applies.
