Hello, I am Sokaras (go by Kimvanjo on e-hentai). I am mod on the "Fairies vs Tentacles" discord server as well as help with the comic's website. Was tasked by the author Eldrik (a.k.a. Bobbydando) to take over uploading the comic on e-hentai galleries.

Comic is usually updated 4 times per month, every Monday.

The comic basically went from tentacle porn with sex-hungry fairies that like all kinds of stuff to side stories and politics with some side of gay-ish content along the way (Queen: Let's grow a huge dick and try deepthroating !).

Ah i should have probably mentioned that author did say when current chapter started that until council meetings ends there wont be many lewd scenes. Granted the meeting ended so in two pages or so we should get some lewds. Sorry for not mentioning before

@bobbydando ignore the haters, every upload gets them. Short or long, porn or plot focused, theres works of every type on this site and they all get comments like that by stupid people who go to a buffet, get chicken and complain they wanted steak. There are works on this site with no porn at all that have dedicated fans. Keep the good stuff coming!

This is not a rant, I am not displeased at anyone when typing this, I am calmly hoping my thoughts can help expand the view of people expressing .. concerns .. about the story. I am not currently a part of the team and don't write the story. maybe I might have something to offer in the future but not yet.

This comic definitely has entertainment potential. I honestly think it's like a new genre it's not just a hentai for the sake of teh pr0nz, it incorporates an almost strategy/action manga style to the plotline and takes care to make all sexual lore not only unique to fairykind, but also considers what would be sexy for human kind as the viewer. yeah when I say human kind, I have to specify "monstergirl loving human kind" as they aren't human.

leddis4: bobbydando releases a full color page every week, that in all honesty is hard work. that's not even counting time to think about the story in depth to make decisions about important elements of lore to go with the pages, then he also has to sumarize that and find a way to cover it in as short a discussion/story as possible. it's a lot of work, honestly he's doing pretty well for such a complex story.
Next, he doesn't care solely about money coming in. I know this for a fact. He cares about his comic, the lore, the characters, and us the viewers/readers.
best part, unlike alot of other H webcomics, which only give a preview of the story, then hide the sex scenes behind a patreon paywall and vehemently pursue takedown actions against listing their paywall stuff on e-hentai; Bobbydando here releases the comic to e-hentai himself! all the paywall stuff is eventually flushed to the freebie boards for poor viewers as well.

As far as I'm concerned he actually takes the time to listen to and respond to everyone who seriously wants to interact with his work. he may even include them in some regard!.

Now in regards to your actual discrepancy that the story is in a "holding pattern" where the plot does not go anywhere; you might be surprized but it's a necessary element in any such tale. you need to hit all the plot points yes, but then it's just a story, theres also character interaction, in this case Hentai. you need time in the story when things are well so you can include it. it can't all be war and tentacle rape by nihilaks, yeah, it looks like it's about to go there, but may go through several waves of it before the story ends, but just like with any story, you have to have the cooldown between major plot points, you need to explain the lore, and provide time for the H, and to describe the world and individual personas of the fairies, create strategies try to lead it to where you want it to go, and not write yourself into a corner!. and the way he's done that has included so much fan service (Hentai) that it's more than acceptable.

He could be WAAAAAY slower. Like me! I'm a terrible procrastinator! legendary even! I've started so many projects and then just .. things happen and I start something new without finishing anything lol.. at least this time the project I took on is entirely doable within my own ability, I have a small amount of changes to make, arms done, eyes latticed,and rigged, just need to modify eye shape make shapekeys for expressions, and rig hands then apply specific body shape and proportions to it.. just need to get the nrg to do it.. but enough about me.

what do you want? do you want a short story summary? nihilaks arrive on beach and fairies get captive and go to war, and massive sexfest on the beach and then an ending? depending on how cringeworthy and "pizza delivery guy" you want the story, this could be poorly done in like 1 page a peice per plot point.. but it'd suck ass and contain alot more nameless background fairies and a smaller named and fully H+ed cast.

it's different to see an random H pic about a random girl, if it looks decent you might save it, but you'll keep browsing until you find an H pic with character. a character with a name and personality can make them much more Fappable, a character that engages the viewer with their deepest desires and emotions through hardship can be ever loved and not just a single fapworthy face and body. Our Nihilak friends survive on this power of the fapability of their captives! You gotta root for them you know, you need to build-up hope for fap potential of each character!

He's doing just that, we are getting to know our fap material, we are actually wanting them to somehow tame this situation and find that better future where nihilaks and fairies keep eachother in peaceful check so that society doesn't end itself. that's a lot of plot away. could there be a happy ending? it is a fairy tale after all :P but who knows. after all the longer this story goes on, the more H and the more H the more fap material.

@Jarvis, thanks for the kind words, and I know, I just try to optimize stuff now and then. If some of my fans are kind enough to upload my comic around, I don't want to waste their time on dead ends. I killed off the twitter a while back because of shadowbanning and shut down the Patreon in October because their restrictions were just too much hassle. So It was mostly a mood check. You focus on what works and replace what doesn't.

@Joshex Thank for the many kind words! I became a freelancer to quit my dreadful dayjob and do whatever I want, and fvt is exactly that. It's not commission work, it's not a collab, it's not optimized to gather the most clicks or likes or money, it's whatever I want it to be. If all I wanted was to be wealthy and popular, I wouldn't bother with this, I'd just stalk Nintendo's twitter and draw hentai of whatever they announce. Big easy. But it'd get old quick.

Instead I chose to try something new and weird. It's not for everybody. Hell, regular tentacle hentai isn't for everybody either. It's not meant to be a webcomic either, with 3 copypaste panel and a punchline, it's a long-term project. Yeah reading it weekly is super sluggish, but when a newcomer check it from the start and finishes it in 4hrs, I'm usually told it flows pretty well, which was the goal. The fan community around the project is pretty tight, which is why it's still going strong where other flashier stuff has faltered. It's the Long Game. We're not in a hurry. It's just a comic.

For what it's worth, Chapter 11 is ending this month, and Chapter 12 will start in February, and will be fucktastic. It's already sketched out, so it's factual, not aspirational. Chapter 13 will also have plenty of sex, where Irah, Holly and Aquei resolve their "conflict" together. Whenever amy, star and syl launch to space will be a pretty sfw chapter, mostly lore and drama with funny bits. And so on. Some chapters will be a fuckfest, others won't. The comic's ending is already planned out btw, I'm not making this as I go, but it'll take a while to get there. It's writing vs drawing. I wrote chapter 12's script in 1 day, I storyboarded it in 5 days, sketched it in a month, and it'll take a year to fullcolor it. But we'll get there.

I dont know about more story than porn being a "new genre" around here. Alfie, Monster under the Bed, and Price for Freedom come to mind. All have porn but have waxed expositional for world building. I'm sure theres many others I'm missing. Erma has no porn at all (Xierra takes care of that...) and is still going strong after over 300 pages.

@leddis4 my analogy means you are complaining about this particular comic going in a direction you dont like, when there are literally over a million on the site to choose from. Constructive feedback is one thing, you are throwing shade. Yes, I'm going to call that stupid. You want longer works that are more porn focused? Try the Cummoner or maybe the Stevensons. If its this artists style you are after with less words, maybe Grim Fate.

@bobbydando I can understand getting off Twit and Patreon, but the official pressures there will never happen here. Please dont let anyone drive you off and deprive the rest of us of your great art, or let anyone pressure you off your story plan. @leddis4 I dont do discord, I have not witnessed any narcissism or arrogance on the part of bobbydando. I have witnessed them quite understandably question the worth of posting their material someplace where they receive feedback such as yours. I spoke in support on behalf of all of us who enjoy the artists work. Yes man? Heh, cute. I support an artist doing what they choose with their own work, and yes, as far as the work and the in-work universe goes, bobbydando IS a deity as are all authors. I also support reader choice, which we on this site are spoiled for with over a million different works posted, more than one could read in a lifetime.

Let me ask you this. What is your time worth? Each minute is a fractional portion of your life you can never recover once spent. Instead of exercising your options, you have this laser focus on one author you seem to take extreme issue with, robbing yourself of content elsewhere that would be a better experience for you. If the author is as horrible a person as you say, and constructive criticism (not that any of yours has been) falls on deaf ears and results in bans, continuing to attempt to engage would seem to be a waste of ones time. Such people are undeserving of occupying rent free space in ones head. It is also quite possible to enjoy someones work while disagreeing with them or their views personally, though that seems to be a dying art these days.

I will agree with you on one point, that an artist altering their work to spite a detractor would be wasting their time in immature fashion to the detriment of their work and reputation. But again, I have not personally witnessed this and must consider the source of the claim. Personal attacks such as the comment about his wife do great things for your credibility. Terrible things, but great.

@Jarvis_42 I've definitely seen him be arrogant. I called him on how bland and predictable the Plant Food comic was, and how the Spooky Evil Man Watching came out of nowhere and doesn't fit, and he went on and on about how great it was.

Plus as soon as you call any author a deity, rather than acknowledge that they're, you know, a flawed human being, you're wearing your bias on your sleeve and delegitimizing anything you have to say in favor of them.

If you thought I was calling him a deity in this world, you have either misinterpreted my words or the line between fiction and reality. As far as witnessing Bobbydando being arrogant, I simply said I havent personally seen it, so I am not going to take a position on his character based on hearsay.
