I recommend you go to civitai and look at pictures to find what you want. They provide more information about how they generate them there. Most patreon artists prefer to guard themselves from competitors.
Most likely this is generated using one of the countless asian woman focused stable diffusion models along with inpainting and outpainting to fix issues.
