I think that a lot of the objection is that this is a site for hosting artists' creative work (the origin of the work notwithstanding), and the people uploading AI-generated art are, at best, feeding a pile of images into a program, giving the program a text description of what they want, and then uploading it as though it represents some sort of creative effort on their part or the part of the person using the program.
