Transformers Generations was a column about Transformers in Figure King magazine, written by Hiroshi Igarashi and Koji Shimada and others from TARKUS Studio.
The first issue of the column was published in Figure King magazine No.9 released on 28 February 1998.
The column began with a review of the history of Transformers toys, and then began to introduce upcoming Transformers toys and related information.
25 years later after the first issue, the column is still running today, and is one of the longest running columns in Figure King magazine. The contents of the column have been reconstituted into a yearly guidebooks series of the same name.

Yooo, I had that truck optimus toy in the first panel as a kid. Was my favorite, lost to time now though.

as a kid randomly buying toys and no money for everything, my "superion" was made of 3 aerial bots (silverbolt, air raid, skydive) + 2 protectobots (street wise, first aid)

i have most of the g1 toys and a few beast wars its hard collecting the lose bits as there seems to be 2 versions of each guy like i needed a elevator for thundercracker but found one that had its pin too small then i needed a missile for reflector and they have 2 sizes of missiles optimus prime has a grey roller and a purple roller and different size hands and gun its crazy
