Actual intersex is a birth defect found in a tiny fraction of all births. I'm sorry, but THAT is reality.

And intersex that manifests as fully-formed genitals for both sexes — y'know, the definition of futanari — is exceedingly rare. The number of known cases in all of history can be counted on two hands. In the vast majority of cases, intersex manifests as something like an enlarged clitoris or internal testicles or a closed vagina. And even those cases are still just a tiny fraction of all births.

So, as the previous comment said, it's just weird to equate/conflate that reality with the porn fantasy. They're not even remotely on the same level, and anyone who says they are is either deeply insecure or wildly delusional. I know it's the current fashion for some people to make being intersex their entire identity, but… c'mon.
