It's a shame, this isn't bad but I think Hisui really missed the appeal of Shirabe Shiki's original work. Making this an intentional evil plot and giving her a bad end like this (so she doesn't have to live with the body modifications) is a waste of the incidental/environmental feel of the original premise. Would have been much better without the framing device, with Samus actually getting trapped by a wild incubus monster.
