This is like one of those light novels that has one image and then 20 pages of pure text, but they just didn't include the clean images and just pasted the text all over every image instead.

This was pulled from an ASMR set not a CG set and those usually come with an average of 2-4 base images (including cover art). So what we see here is literally the circle trying to squeeze 1 hour+ of audio content onto three images. I’m not trying to justify this jumbled mess by any means, just trying to shed some light to everyone that may be wondering why it turned out the way it does.
