i never saw this anime really, so the plot of this doujinshi confused me a little

can anyone tell me why she looks so sad at the end of this doujinshi?
did she really drop out the school in the original anime? why?

it supposed to be a 33-page doujinshi, so the story is not that clear.
According to the stories right now we can assume that the girl is actually had some nano machine in her, and that's why she's capable of battle. But the sperm will damage the nano machine, and the girl agrees creampie for some reason. Why the girl is sad is unknown, but I guess the reason behind this is what makes the girl decide to let the boys cum inside her, and eventually destroy her.
