Netorare when applied to existing franchises is always awesome. Pretty much the cure for ineffective male leads. However, this doujinshi is not netorare. Just because some guy is having sex with the main girls doesn't apply, we'd need to see Shiro's reaction to it.

There are around five or six of these Circle MTSP doujins so far, all featuring Saber and Rin from FSN, and they are all beautifully drawn like this one. Do yourself a favor and look them up - they're amongst the best. Though at time of writing this is the only one translated, it looks as though more are coming soon.
