Well this does feel like a step up from the normal MTL but its still not that good, you can understand whet they are trying to say more or less even if there are a lot of moments that make you go "uh ...".

it's kind of interesting how we have AI that can make amazing art, deepfake people's faces, simulate real people's voices, massively upscale old low quality videos and pictures but decent translations are still a mystery.
