Ok so Rouge is a bat, but that's all that she has going for her with her teeth. There's no reason for the vampire tag here. There was a bite at one point but it was followed by attacking the guards back, so it seems more like trying to get an attack on him than drink blood. On page 36, she even notes she's not a vampire bat.
