Here's one of Cru's relatively tamer doujin. Translating "Megami-sama" as "my goddess" felt a bit awkward at some points, but an alternative didn't really pop-up at the time. I wanted to clean and redraw the top dialogue on pg 23 but gave up...

For what it's worth, Re;Birth1 translated "megami-sama" as "my lady", if I recall correctly. Not as literal, but it sounds slightly less clunky (if only ever so slightly).
