I actually asked site staff about fan translations of stuff that's on Fakku (like this) and was told that actual uploads of anything from there are DNP, but everything else is YMMV. That said, I would think it'd be in everyone's best interest to avoid poking the proverbial bear. Dunno how they feel about colorizations though.

Cinj: Wanimagazine isn't the only hentai publisher out there, just saying. There's plenty of other untranslated content on here.
