Yeah....I can see why people think its weird. We are missing some context. The time skip are brutal and we are missing a lot of context on EVERYONE relationship and habit. But yeah, beside that Every.Single.One of dem weird ass pokemon as a creepy behavior. From stalker-ish to doing right retarded. Its a mixed of teenage puppy love and being needy as hell.
