I decided to translated this 3p work because who doesn't like Atalanta x Gudao?
I like how they treat her feeling toward Gudao in FGO. For those who are interested: She likes and might even be willing to marry Gudao / Player but doesn't say it very clearly. However the hints are here, linked to her own myth. And that's what I like.
For ex., she wants Gudao to become faster than her. In the myth, Atalanta didn't want to marry anyone and so only agreed to marry the one who could outrun her in a footrace (= something impossible). All unsuccessful suitors would be killed.
Then, in FGO, during Valentine Event, she offers you a Apple Arrow and tells you that you're free to use it against her during a race... but she'll make you take responsibility if you do. Going back to her myth, she lost against Hippomenes during one race because Hippomenes used three irresistible golden apples given to him by the goddess Aphrodite. So yep, "using apples during a race against her" is quite an important thing.
And lastly there's also the Valentine Event of her Alter form. In that form, she's closer to animals. She tells Gudao that, for some reason, she feels more aggressive when looking at him but his scent manages to calm her. So, yes, she's basically in heat due to her bestial instincts.

Too bad that there isn't a lot of doujinshi with her. T^T
