If there's a way to biologically, neurologically, or by other means identify them (without asking their subjective opinion of themselves, so the fact that someone is transgender is really not dependent on person's choice and can be factually proven and used in a court), then I guess they could, assuming there's a technology of sort, change their bodies biologically in such society?
If, however, that's not the case, and it's an issue of identifying oneself with a specific gender, I doubt such society would really accept them and welcome them as females since it leaves an open room for all males to kinda use this as an opportunity.
But yeah, they would probably treat trans people like how past societies, and today's societies treat them.
