How do people come up with these rips?
Original resolution is probably x1200 or x1500.

原档是pdf, 我是从github上随便找了个工具转成jpg的. 转换后容量翻了将近一百倍, 分辨率也被放大, 如果你有更好的转换工具推荐给我, 我很乐意再次上传

There is no a single tool that will process every PDF files properly. Maybe you'll get lucky with pdfimages.exe, but either way remember 3 things:
1. Most image data is kept as JPEG thus it should be extracted as JPEG with no re-conversion or re-compression.
2. In most cases, the size of the images should be roughly the same as the original PDF file. Especially if there are JPEG images only.
3. If you are not sure about how you extracted the data, you can upload the original PDF file and let visitors know. Someone else will be able to process it properly.
