Saw someone upload an english translation of this, but that was a Rewrite. While I don't speak or understand any Korean, I used machine translations and context to translate this. It may not be perfect, but it gets pretty close.

I don't know Korean either, but I'm really curious to know how you can possibly tell that it "gets pretty close" when you can't compare it to the raws?

I, too, wonder how you can possibly judge whether something is "pretty close" to the correct meaning when you cannot understand the source language. Please inform me.

Usually its due to how it reads.

Honestly I'd hazard a guess to say that since this was originally korean that it more straightforward to translate since there are only minor differences when spoken or written.

Unlike Japanese where what is means literally can come down to whether it was written in Hiragana, Katakana, or Kanji.

Or as I like to call it "the Ichigo dilemma" since the kanji in it can be a read a few different ways due to the variable kanji for that name hence the "it means Number one guardian" thing it bleach.

Granted this is mostly me just spit balling here, but from what I've been gleeming over the years Japanese seems like a gigantic pain to translate due to the rather overly complicated nature of their written language.
