Summary of the game: MC Shota and his mom Aina (short haired MILF) are in a sexual relationship and make money off of Shota selling erotic Doujinshi at events. Lately however, he is in a creative slump and can't come up with any new ideas, causing him to miss out on several doujin events and getting behind on their rent. Thus, they come up with the idea of having her cheat on him with other sexual partners, as well as Shota himself experiencing sex with other women to come up with new scenarios for doujins to sell. To that end, Nagisa and her son Yu from a previous game of the circle (http://dl.hentaiknight.work/?l=e-hentai/g/957872/30e7523ac3/) help them out as their friends and neighbors.
There's scenes of both of the mothers having sex with their own sons as well as their friend's sons, plus several other cheating partners throughout the game. There's also cameos of characters from other games of the circle that have sex with both the male and female protagonists. All in all, even though there's a lot of Cheating going on, it's fairly lighthearted and all fun. Pretty much every sex scene can be followed up with immediate Impregnation and a subsequent Birthing scene on the spot (so instead of nine months the moms get pregnant and birth within minutes instead).
There is a "bad NTR" end in the game, but it's optional and imo feels incredibly forced and out of character when the rest of the game is pretty much just "Happy Cheating". I played it with a translation program, and while it's nowhere near as good as having an actual translation or being able to read Japanese myself, I enjoyed it a lot regardless.

Both of these games are fairly similar in the fetishes and basic premise, just instead of two pairs of mothers and sons there's two pairs of Elder Sisters with their younger brothers instead. I highly recommend them if you are into Straight Shota, Impregnation / Pregnancy, Cheating, or just slutty female characters.
