Devil deer like Seere were produced by the GRO+ factory for some reason. Perhaps the factory felt lonely, or felt that after most of its consumer base was fulfilled, that the only growth opportunity left to it was to produce an ideal new market, a new customer base. So, Devil Deer emerged from the sprawling factory's strange bio-mechanical labyrinth to fulfill this demand...
