This is the 2nd out of 4 doujins made by Raid Slash based on after Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A's and prior to the StrikerS series. These Raid Slash doujins are pretty awesome art/story-wise, but I just can't get over how OLD the characters act. It was hilarious when Nanoha told Precia that she was 11 in the first doujin...

I suppose this was kind of problem in the actual series too, jsut not quite to this extent.
