Regardless of Lily's gender, tagging rules are purely based on the physical. This is a porn site where the characters involved are just drawings meant to titillate and as such you want people to be able to navigate the site according to their physical preferences. Lily may be a woman but her body has no secondary sexual characteristics (breasts), no vagina and a penis. That makes her a tomgirl according to the rules of the site.

The intention isn't to hurt someone's feelings. It's just to have proper tagging so people coming in know what the contents of the doujin are.

EDIT: Though I suppose there's an exception to be made when the tag is based around narrative, such as mind control, body swap or gender bender. I do wonder what the tagging would be like if a transwoman gains a biologically female body, but that's probably opening a can of worms that nobody wants to look at.

While a "minor" difference, it's clear from just this line that the translator doesn't quite have a firm grasp on Japanese. They left out a bunch of the finer details, and didn't quite get the context of 肉体の成長を迎えていた, not to mention they didn't understand that 事だ meant it was referring to the preceding line.

First, there was no reason to use an "evil" or "angry" font; the original book certainly didn't, and the assumption wasn't that Lily was thinking evil thoughts. The assumption is that since they are a zombie, they won't be able to grow, so even if they look at porn or become interested in lewd things, it won't affect their growth.
