This isnt ending before we see some acual impregnation and vaginal pregnant sex and more. Im pretty sure i think the author said this would have some pregnancy atleast for the mom i dont like that the female friend entered the story like this.

I translated his last page with all the dialogue i think he talks about the mom being pregnant and showing that stuff moving forward.
