He's made an incredibly convoluted and fantastical abusive family that he has no idea how to finish. Right now, he's just stalling as he has no idea how to wrap this up, but still wants to pump out humiliation scenarios. Only way I can see Terasu actually concluding this is Hiroki magically becoming a masochist, despite his character being the opposite.

Where is this supposed to be in the chronology? Never someone one had so much hate for a character as terasu had for this guy, dammit kill him already you sickfuck, i bet his next story is that he only was born because she tried do do a ponchi but instead of abortion sex by an abusive mother, she had a normal if messy birth instead so she hated him since the beginning for not giving her the pleasure of killing him with bbc or some sick reason, and i bet the urinated all over the newborn, not as a bodily reflex of the birth but intentionaly positioned him so the first thing ever to be on his mouth was urine instead of milk

So I take a look at the breastfeeding part on the RAW.
I think there's a lot of mistranslated stuff there.
Basically the black dude hear about Hiroki superhero origin that he can't drink baby milk straight from the tits and can only drink from bottle from Kanako (the story not the breast milk).So the mom basically confirm that story to him, that her tits are mostly untouched and that makes him more aroused.

Also that explain a bit why he's tad too scrawny for his age, I think I read somewhere that baby sucking on tits makes the tits produce more milk.

I was what you call a "formula baby". A lot of mothers in the 80's (in the UK at least) just prefered to use baby milk powder than have their nipples chewed at. I had a great mother too so theirs no malice there, just the way things were at the time. Don't thnk I ever drank breast milk tbh.

Really the logical conclusion to this stupid story is the kid committing suicide when he realizes that everyone around him has betrayed him and even his mother doesn't love him.
At BEST murder suicide where he kills the black guy and possibly the mother before taking the plunge.
At worst suicide where he goes sailing off a building while his 'family and friends' cheer on his impending demise.

Anything else at this point would be pointless.

This translation is weird, Hiroki's mom didn't deny him breastfeeding it was HE who had problem sucking her breasts, so he recieved formula bottle. Also this chapter takes place before chapter 5 where he got second beatdown, that's why he's fine and all. Proper Chapter 6 is coming (terasu said that he is drawing it and is gonna publish it as fast as he can). Cheers!
