I took a look at the pages, and the English used actually isn't that bad. There are a couple of errors here and there, but nothing a decent proofreader wouldn't catch.

For example:

P6: "Turned on", not "turn of".
P7: "Your abs aren't", not "isn't".
P16: "More gentle", not "more gentler".
P19: "Too quick", not "to quick".
P21: "For", not "fro".

If there's anything that needs a bit of work, it would be the punctuation -- particularly the lack of apostrophes for contractions and periods at the ends of sentences. You may also want to consider using a uniform font size throughout the pages as much as possible to make it look neater and a bit easier to read.
