So basically, if I got it correctly, the curse of this book only takes place if you're naturally very perverted (it also probably doesn't mind if you hide it).
However, to have use of this book, you probably also need to have a certain level of lewdness. Otherwise, the imps will lose interest in you and stop helping you.
This means that you must stay in a fine line of lewd enough in order to keep the imps interested while not becoming one yourself.

Tome of Imps: Cursed wondrous item, very rare, requires attunement.

A tome of imps appears at first to be a simple pornographic book of fiendish shortstacks, detailing their names, personalities, and skills alongside salacious illustrations. In reality, though, such tomes are portals to a pocket dimension containing the imps who appear on the tome's pages. While you are attuned to the tome, you can use an action to open the book and speak the name of an imp or imps contained within, summoning each one whose name you called to an empty space within 5 feet of you (imps can also emerge from and return to the tome at will when it is left open). The imps are free-willed and are not compelled to obey you, but initially regard you as a friend, willingly follow your commands to the best of their abilities (especially carnal ones), and cannot move the tome without your permission. Once you summon an imp, it remains until it is reduced to 0 hit points, until you dismiss it as a bonus action, it returns to the tome of its own accord, or it spends an hour more than 30 feet away from the tome. An imp that is reduced to 0 hit points vanishes in a puff of smoke and cannot be summoned again for 24 hours.

At the end of every hour during which you are accompanied by an imp, you must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, increased by 1 for each different imp that you were accompanied by. On a failure, you gain a level of Impish, which can only be removed by a Remove Curse or similar spell. You suffer the effects of your current level of Impish, as well as the effects of all lower levels. You can choose to fail this saving throw, and have disadvantage on this saving throw if you have had sexual contact with any of the imps in the last hour.

Impish Levels:
Level 1: Your ears become larger and more pointed.
Level 2: Your hands and feet begin to turn the same color as the cover of the tome.
Level 3: You grow a pair of devilish horns from your forehead.
Level 4: The discoloration of your hands and feet expands up your arms and legs.
Level 5: Your size changes to Small.
Level 6: You are now entirely the color of the tome's cover.
Level 7: You become bound to the tome, and to all the rules governing its imps. New pages describing and depicting you appear in the tome, and an irremovable golden restraint such as a collar or set of shackles appears on your body as a sign of your bondage. The curse can now only be lifted by a Remove Curse or similar spell cast at 5th level or higher.

Tomes of Imps are cursed relics usually crafted by magicians who serve fiendish lords of pleasure and debauchery as a tool for spreading their masters' influence. Each of the imps contained within was once a mortal who succumbed to the tome's curse, sometimes even including the tome's creator themself. A tome of imps contains 2d4 imps when found, each determined by rolling on the Impish Servant Table. These imps use the related stat block with the following changes: their size is Small, their creature type is Fiend, and they gain the Impish Nimbleness trait, allowing them to move through the spaces of creatures at least one size category larger than them. The imps have no armor and are equipped only with simple weapons. They can be gifted additional equipment, but will often refuse to wear clothing or armor that they find insufficiently provocative.
