The origins of "Blacked White women" stem from colonial and slavery times where interracial relationships were taboo, and because it was taboo it became a fetish. It's proliferation in modern day is a combination of racism and inclusion paradoxically. Some white people feel better about themselves if they have a token minority friend or lover, while others still attach to the racial 'superiority' bull shit. Note how in the majority of art involving Black Men cuckolding white women, the white women are almost always of middle to upper class, where as the balck men are typically of low-middle to working class.
