Reminds me of that hardcore NTR sequel to a vanilla Witch Craft Works doujin where in the very last page it turned out to be Takamiya-kun disguised by magic but Ayaka didn't know. Just like "it was all a dream/delusion" it's the classic way for an artist to make a NTR story in their vanilla series without the fans burning his house or preventing them from making another sequel.
