Genus is a furry porn comic anthology published as of recent years by the Sin Factory.

It was cursed upon this sad forsaken world in the month of June, year of 1993, by the Antarctic Press , as an R/NC-17 complementary to PG/PG-13 Furrlough . ...Well, to be more precise here for a second - it was planned as a just a bit more mature oriented anthology, but furries be furries - and into the porn-land it went. With the issue №5 publisher was switched from AP proper the adult-oriented imprint of the same esteemed venture - Venus Comics.

Year of 1997 saw Antarctic Press deciding to discontinue publishing all things furry, with №22 being the final issue under the umbrella of AP .
Radio Comix was founded immediately after by the furry expatriates, and has continued to publish Genus bi-monthly ever since (until it has not), switching to their adult-only imprint, Sin Factory, as of issue №49.

Also, for more yaoi-obsessed crowd, Genus Male spin-off was eventually devised, with about one and a half dozen issues to date, about nine of which are on this site on the chronomark.
