its sad to know when this transpires in real life in America, this is a situation for Takeshiba that wouldn't go like this. In this his friends were willing to vouch for him due to having alibis, they try to compose the victim but understand the truth, and Takeshibia isn't looked down upon, being chalked up as an accident. He would have immediately gotten shunned from his friend group in real life and be thrown in jail, with his friends believing the victim over him. Hopefully she finds a way out.
