One important TL note about something that's been bothering ever since I first translated this:
On page 5, Yukari uses the term 風情(ふぜい/fuzei), which should translate to something along the lines of "grace; elegance; charm". Both over a year ago and to this day I still can't make sense of what that *really* means and how to convey it in English. Back then, a Chinese friend told me that 风情 can also mean "reminiscent feelings of love", which works well in the context of the work as a whole, so I rendered it as "wistfulness".
By doing this, I'm projecting my assumption that Yukari is hinting at her own state of mind, but what could also be going on is that she's equating the beautiful but short and fleeting life of cherry blossoms to human lives. It's a very common theme in Japanese literature. I hope all that makes sense.
