I'm curious: Is this 3DCGI, drawing, or a combination of both?

I play around with Daz Studio/Poser myself, but couldn't pull off anything so good (I'm guessing 3D with some very good skills in photoshop to 'enhance' the renders, although I'm now inspired to try some more images myself ^_^).
