rumour has it Konami is onto another Silent Hill and the artist is also part of it. Although IF they do another Silent Hill, it SHOULDN'T have amazing graphics. I think what made the 1st and 2nd so unique was the Playstation/2's limitations. The low-res, noise effects and low draw distance disguised as fog. It gives more of the feeling of the unknown. Like when you say monsters it was hard to make out what they truly were which made it more frightening. Theres also the music from the first one too. It was very clanky and industrial. Washing machines with a brick threw inside lol

Very unique horror game. 3 was alright but it was quite gorey and in your face. The ROOM was good but it was very back-tracky and lacked monsters. It wasnt meant to be a Silent Hill game. The rest after were just terrible. With 1 & 2 only being the best. The Wii remake was good in its own league but it was more of a walking/running sim
