@reignengine actually it makes sense, she was only corrupted by the pleasure and with what the prince did. Even falling in "love" with the prince was more due to him preventing her from seeing the hero causing a Stockholm effect. Which is why she had it made to look like the prince, she associates that pleasure with his appearance even if she has no true feelings for him. This is evident in how she lied to the prince saying she'd run away with him and then told the hero where "they" planned to meet so he wouldn't be able to escape his just punishment, allowing the hero to get closure with his own frustration.

Honestly, the only real plot hole is that after the baby was safely born why she didn't have her body modified again to better suit the hero's dick.
