Pretty much one of the many games related/part of the School/Summer/Shiny/Cross days universe. But in this one Youko and Mai the mothers of Sekai and Setsuna from School Days are the main heroines. Anyway the whole idea is the universe of this game are very incest oriented so many characters are blood related. And the dilf with the sunglasses is the father of most of the heroines we see in that game while also being the father of School Days's protagonist Makoto. The MC in that game is also the dilf's son and is also a support character in Summer/Shiny days.
