Picture #27 shows a torn up doujin after scanning. I don't split covers but use heat to pull the carcass off. Then I split the carcass into the separated pages for scanning on the flatbed scanner. Do you store the separated doujinshi pages in a special way after scanning? After I scanning, I put them into Ziploc plastic bags... They don't get mixed up that way. Ziploc bags ALSO protect paper from turning yellow (from oxidation) since they aren't printed on acid-free paper.
