@giga-ganon Yeah... it's not really meant to be full-fledged NTR or anything. More like femdom humiliation. And though the NTR tag is already broadly defined on this site, with the Dokutoko no M writer it's probably less about "jealousy/sympathy" and more about "showing that the girls truly don't see the MC as a man" to make the humiliation deeper. At least, that's my interpretation.

Dokutoku no M manga always have a lot of extraneous and over-the-top elements... Like the Bijin Ana one where she uses a cheerleader uniform to brainwash the baseball player into cumming on national TV just because she's dating his rival (who barely ever shows up). And in this one, they want money so they beg their circle leader for it and he says their profit margins are too small so they elaborately blackmail a talented artist, and use the excuse of "we plan to crossplay an M man, so show us how a chastity cage works". Anyway, they never fail to entertain me.
