how is this not considered spam and binned? variation galleries should be outright banned

edit: Oh no! The down votes have begun for calling years old hypocrisy. Please, anyone. Just explain how very similar galleries to this are binned for not being diverse enough from picture to picture, while this one is OK? (No copyright. No banned artist. No flagrant kiddie crap. No flags like that.) That's all I ask. My issue is not with content expressed, or the uploader, or even the flood of down votes this will get. My issue is with how certain users seem to be exempt from griefers and up voted to the moon for posting similar stuff. Meanwhile, lesser know uploaders have their galleries binned on the account of a fringe copyright/banned artist/spam flag only for a more established user to come and post the same thing and be celebrated.

That instance is NOT the case in the matter! I want to be clear about that! I have no issue with the uploader or their content. Just the rules, written and un written, about posting this.
