Hinata-Hime, while perhaps not the greatest artist, isn't the worst either. That being said, HH's art style is something that you either dislike, or slowly grow to like. In my case, I grew to like it, since it is unique, and yet, there's something about it that's rather erotic.
Plus, you can tell that HH draws the characters the way it does on purpose, since if you look at the Raikage, the art style actually looks pretty similar enough to the original manga.
I personally like HH and their work, and I love how they keep drawing what they want passionately. It is a talent/skill that I lack, and it is something that I wish I could do.
With all that being said, I simply love the simplicity of this doujin. It's a genderbent Naruto (or rather, Naruko), who is the Hokage, and has to "negotiate" terms to avoid war. I mean, that's pretty hot on it's own, but the fact that it's the Raikage that she has to negotiate with makes it even hotter, due to his village's role in the series and due to the whole bbc theme.
