TL Notes:
Kanto, Shikoku, and Shinkansen Fares

Some regional locations have been mentioned in this work. Let's break them down.
Kanto Region - A region in Japan which includes Tokyo, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa.
Shikoku Region - A region in Japan which encompasses four prefectures: Kagawa, Ehime, Tokushima, and Kochi. Very remote compared to the Kanto Region.

Satsuki mentions the Shinkansen as her means to get to Naoki's place. It is VERY expensive, especially for round trips.
- Tokyo to Okayama would cost roughly around 30,000 yen (~300 USD) round-trip
- A flight with a cheap airline can sometimes cost half (around 7500 yen or ~67 USD)

Common-law marriage:
The original word used is 事実婚, not 内縁.
Both point to "common law marriage" but to put it into a bit of context, "getting married" in Japanese usually means going through a set of ceremonies.
