looks like it says episode 6 on the cover, so it might be right in the middle of something. checking the list of artists works shows a few other (untranslated) bits of the same series

This looks like a reedition of a quite old series. IIRC in subsequent chapters at some point they use her prolapsed womb as a frying pan to cook some kind of dish. Nasty stuff :)

@anthrofan, this one was a commission, so continuing it hinges on the commissioner. glad you liked it though, might come try to do more parts when i've got less on my plate.
