It's always interesting to see that the fanbase likes to portrays Mash in their fan-fiction, as the exact opposite to how she really is in canon. Gotta admit though, she does give off that too pure to be true, aura. Where they end up being a whore behind your back just like this doujin. I never really did like her because of that, Mash is really trying to hard to be pure and it comes off as a fake front.
