He will never portrayed more powerful then the black guy, or impregnating a blond female and if he is, that comic and its artist will never see the day of mainstream ever again. Its impossible. You are only allowed to do 5 things with a blond male character, make him the bottom, give him a bad ending, make him a villain, scaring and disembodiment or make him a bum bulling idiot. Anything, except that, and boomer will make you disappear.
