arakure drew boring vanilla chapter just for an NTR plot. lol

Arakure's vanilla chapter is actually quite sweet. I would love to see some actual vanilla works from him... BUT, as said earlier, this is absolutely a setup for an NTR plot. Considering Arakure tends to write rape or blackmail stories, that's what I'm assuming will happen here: rape, blackmail then outright cheating.

Aino Chie's story was great, as usual. It was a continuation of his previous short chapter from the previous issue.

Kenji Kishizuka's chapter was clearly unfinished and there's an apology written in the margin of the first page. I'm surprised the editors actually printed this. On the final page of the chapter, there's a note at the bottom of the page stating that Kishizuka had some kind of health issue that prevented him from finishing the chapter. I would love to know the story of how this happened, as well as if it hurt the relationship between the artist and the editors.

it was nice to see a husband/son fight back for once in a Sanbun Kyoden story. Even if they did lose in the end I see it as a good thing the wife was to far gone.

I agree, but like you said lol they both failed to notice far to late which tends to happen a lot and the wife's journey into debauchery is pretty much set in stone.
